Terms of Service

Using ComicCanvas

ComicCanvas provides online tools for creating, saving, and exporting comic projects. You must use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and be at least the age required to form an agreement where you live.

Your content

You retain ownership of the comic projects and images you create or upload. You give ComicCanvas permission to process and store that content only as needed to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the service to create unlawful content.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or threaten its security. The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time.

Plans and payment

Paid subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; ComicCanvas does not store full payment-card numbers. Plan features, limits, and prices shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Disclaimers and limits

ComicCanvas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every export will meet a particular commercial, legal, or creative purpose.
