Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 29, 2026

Subscriptions

You can cancel a ComicCanvas subscription through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal date. After cancellation, paid plan features remain available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually where required by law or when a billing error has occurred. Contact us promptly with the account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

Credit packs

AI credit packs are one-time digital purchases and are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to an account or used. Contact us if you believe a purchase was made in error.

Unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
