Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and a securely hashed password. We store the projects, pages, text, and images you choose to save in ComicCanvas. We also record account activity such as sign-in timestamps and account moderation actions to operate and protect the service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive billing information needed to provide your plan, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and credit balance. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use your information to provide saved projects and exports, manage your account and subscription, prevent misuse, improve the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

ComicCanvas uses Supabase to store application data, Cloudflare to host and secure the application, and Stripe to process payments. These providers process information only to provide their services.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@comiccanvas.ai. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, or billing reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
